American one-man band AUTHOR & PUNISHER will return to Finland this June. The concert will be at the venue On the Rocks (Helsinki) on June 14th. The one-man band released last year their seventh studio album «Kruller» via Relapse Records. AUTHOR & PUNISHER is the project of American mechanical engineer and musician Tristan Shone. The one-man band combines industrial metal with drone music and doom metal elements. Most of the instrumentation and controllers Shone uses, called «Drone Machines» and «Dub Machines», are custom-designed and fabricated by Shone from raw materials and open-source electronic circuitry. The American post-industrial electronics project STATIQBLOOM will be the opening act for the evening.
