American grind core/sludge metal band SOILENT GREEN will play this week in Helsinki this year as a part of their new European Tour 2026. The concert will take place on June 6th in Helsinki at KULT.
SOILENT GREEN was formed in1988 in Chalmette/Metairie on the suburbs of New Orleans, Louisiana.
The band’s musical style is characterised as a mixture of grindcore with sludge and blues-heavy southern rock. They have released five studio albums, their latest was «Inevitable Collapse in the Presence of Conviction» released via Metal Blade Records. SOILENT GREEN‘s current lineup is: Tommy Buckley on drums, Brian Patton on guitar, Ben Falgoust on vocals, and Scott Crochet on bass.
The special guest for the evening will be American punk/sludge squad BLACK TUSK.
