Haunted Plasma in Helsinki next week
Finnish avant-garde band HAUNTED PLASMA will play an exclusive live performance in Helsinki next week. The concert will be at the venue Kuudes Linda (Helsinki) on March 21. HAUNTED PLASMA is a powerhouse of futuristic synth fused with the raw, violent atmospherics of kosmische black metal, transports you to a cybernetic wasteland where «man meets machine». The band consists of Juho Vanhanen (ORANSSI PAZUZU, GRAVE PLEASURES), Timo Kaukolampi (K-X-P, OP:L BASTARDS), Tomi Leppänen (CIRCLE, AAVIKKO, K-X-P), Ringa Manner (RUUSUT, THE HEARING) and Samuli Alapuranen ( filmmaker, graphic designer, musician and VJ).
Their sound is a convergence of visionary forces. An intense, boundary-pushing orgy of mutant sound that will redefine your perception of music. At the core of HAUNTED PLASMA’s sonic evolution are the creative forces who cite influences ranging from Terry Riley and MASSIVE ATTACK to a contemporary take on krautrock hypnosis, psychedelic black metal, and 90s techno.
