Nita Strauss regresa con Alice Cooper
La guitarrista Nita Strauss, que estuvo con Alice Cooper durante varios años hasta que partió para hacer una gira en otoño de 2022 con Demi Lovato, regresará a la banda de Alice para su gira de 2023, revela hoy la gerencia de Cooper.
La gira norteamericana de Alice Cooper, con un espectáculo completamente nuevo denominado «Too Close For Comfort», comienza a finales de abril en Michigan y continúa hasta fines de septiembre, incluidos un puñado de espectáculos en estadios con Def Leppard y Motley Crue en agosto, seguida de una gira conjunta con Rob Zombie para finales de verano denominada «Freaks On Parade».
Alice dijo: «¡Ha vuelto! Nita pidió una licencia para trabajar con otra persona, algo que siempre animo a los miembros de mi banda a hacer. Me gusta que se desafíen a sí mismos y prueben cosas nuevas. Estoy agradecido con mi viejo amigo Kane Roberts por dar un paso adelante y reemplazarla, pero volverá con nosotros para la nueva gira que comienza a finales de abril. Será genial tenerla de vuelta».
Nita comentó: «Desde el estudio hasta el escenario, ¡siempre es un inmenso honor hacer música con Alice Cooper! Estoy muy emocionada de volver a unirme a la banda en la carretera para las fechas de 2023, así que os veré en el camino en abril. ¡Que vuelva la pesadilla!
