British progressive metal squad TESSERACT will return to Finland next year 2024 with two shows. The concerts will be at the venues: Tavara-Asema (Tampere) on February 9th and Tavastia (Helsinki) on February 10th. The band has released five studio albums, their newest «War of Being» will be released this September via Kscope. TESSERACT play a specific style of progressive metal that features open tunings on their guitars, polyrhythmic riffs, odd time signatures and several atmospheric layers. They are credited as one of the bands to pioneer the djent movement in progressive metal. The opening bands for both evenings are German dark noise group UNPROCESSED and American mathcore group THE CALLOUS DAOBOYS.
